Handcrafted dirty sodas, loaded lemonades & infused teas, artisanal coffees, and culturally-inspired specials, built on Texas soda-shop roots and served fresh across Middle Tennessee.
Every cup starts with our classics, thoughtfully crafted dirty sodas and floats, and grows from there. Enjoy our infused teas, loaded lemonades, homemade cold brews and affogatos, and specialty beverages that shift with the seasons, like wassail once the weather turns and hot cocoa in the deep of winter.
What makes it Texas to Tennessee is the base: real Texas sodas like Dr Pepper, Big Red, Big Blue, paired with coffee and tea shipped straight from HEB back home. What makes it ours is the garden: we grow our own mint and lavender, and incorporate fresh fruit and vegetables from local farmers markets into every single recipe.

It's a Texas phrase with a Tennessee thread running through it. The Lone Star State and the Volunteer State have been tied together since the Battle of the Alamo, when Tennesseans, Davy Crockett and Jim Bowie among them, volunteered to stand alongside Texas. That's the inspiration behind select beverages on our menu: the Bowie Berry, the Chocolate Crockett, the Lone Star Limeade, the Volunteer Dew, and the Alamo Bowl. Two states, one history, one drink at a time.
Mint and lavender grown in our garden, cut fresh for you.
Organic fruit and vegetables sourced locally, in every recipe.
Dr. Pepper, Big Red & Big Blue: real Texas soda, no substitutes.
Coffee and tea sourced straight from HEB, Texas to Tennessee.
Every drink is built to order with fresh ingredients, fruit purees, a splash of cream, and choice syrups. Sizes and prices below; ask what's rotating in this month's seasonal lineup.
